• Use as background music for personal, non-shared videos
• Play the track in non-commercial settings (e.g., private gatherings)

Restrictions:

• Cannot use in any content shared publicly or on social media
• Cannot use in any commercial context
• Cannot distribute, sell, or share the track
• Cannot modify or create derivative works
• Cannot claim authorship or ownership

3. Limited Distribution License

The Limited Distribution license ($49.99) grants you the following rights:

Permitted Uses:

• All rights included in the Personal Use license
• Use in content shared on social media platforms
• Use in monetized content (e.g., YouTube videos, podcasts, Twitch streams)
• Use in small business advertising (businesses with annual revenue under $100,000)
• Use in small-scale digital or physical products with limited distribution (under 1,000 units)
• Create minor modifications for timing or format purposes

Restrictions:

• Cannot use in major commercial advertising campaigns
• Cannot use in large-scale distribution (over 1,000 units)
• Cannot transfer the license to others
• Cannot claim exclusive rights

4. Full Ownership License

The Full Ownership license ($199.99) grants you the following rights:

• All rights included in the Limited Distribution license

• Use in unlimited digital or physical products
• Modify and create derivative works
• No royalty obligations to Disposable.music
• Register the music under your own name for royalty collection
• Sublicense the music to others

Restrictions:

• Cannot claim to have created the original AI algorithm
• Cannot resell the original unmodified track as an AI-generated product

5. License Transfers and Upgrades

License Transfers: Personal Use and Limited Distribution licenses cannot be transferred to other parties. Full Ownership licenses may be transferred, and we can assist with the formal transfer process for a small administrative fee.

License Upgrades: You can upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier by paying the difference in price plus a 10% upgrade fee. Upgrades must occur within one year of the original purchase.

7. License Verification
