1. Using Disposable.music

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of our software

2. Content and Intellectual Property

A. AI-Generated Music

All music on our platform is generated through our proprietary AI technology. By using our Service, you understand that:

• Each track is uniquely generated and will only be available for one-time listening unless purchased
• Once played and not purchased, tracks are permanently deleted from our systems
• We cannot recover or regenerate the exact same track once it has been deleted

B. Ownership and Licensing

When you purchase a track through our Service, your rights are determined by the specific ownership package you select:

• Personal Use: Grants you a non-exclusive license to use the track for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Limited Distribution: Grants you limited commercial rights with our specified royalty-sharing arrangement
• Full Ownership: Grants you extensive rights to use the track commercially with no royalty obligations to us

The specific rights granted under each package are detailed in our Purchase Agreement provided at the time of transaction.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We cannot provide refunds for tracks once purchased, due to the unique nature of our disposable music concept.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Service at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you continue to be bound by sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DISPOSABLE.MUSIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
